The mission of the Recovery Center of Medina County is to assure that every individual who desires an opportunity to overcome their addiction is allowed that chance and receives the necessary support to succeed. Sérénité Culinary Institute provides culinary training to those in recovery over the course of an eight-month program and serves the public as a working restaurant serving fine French cuisine.
